A coach who understands what it’s like to rebuild strength
after rebuilding my own strength following cancer treatment and brain surgery.
I understand how frustrating it can be to lose strength, confidence and fitness. Now I help people over 50 rebuild theirs.
About me – your coach
I’m Rob, a fitness coach who rebuilt his strength after stage-4 melanoma and brain surgery — and now I help others do the same.
I know what it feels like to lose confidence, struggle with fatigue, and wonder if you’ll ever feel strong again.
Movement became my way back, and it’s now my mission to guide people over 50 and anyone recovering after cancer towards better strength, mobility, and energy.
My coaching is calm, supportive, and built around real-life challenges — not gym ego. If you want a coach who understands you, listens, and helps you rebuild at your pace, you’re in the right place.
