8 WEEK QUICK START HYBRID PROGRAM

QUICK 8 is an 8 week Mobility & fitness program designed to get your fitness kick started to improve your overall well being.

1-3 weeks Gentle re-introduction
3-6 weeks Slowly increase intensity
7-8 Building Endurance & Strength

  • 3 workouts per week, 2 remote and 1 face 2 face (If local to Melton Mowbray) or Zoom
  • Access to your own fit app where you’ll track your progress, access workouts and receive updates from me throughout
  • Guaranteed weight loss and tone if you stick to the whole program
  • Training programs for in and out of the gym.. or both!
  • Exercise library for all your home & gym based workouts
  • Your personalised calories to ensure you’re in a deficit for fat loss
  • Recipe e-books to help keep your meals enjoyable
  • Weekly challenges to keep you motivated throughout
  • In depth video check ins every 2 weeks with me, to help hold you accountable, go through your own individual progress & make any necessary changes.
  • Weekly zoom chat with me to learn why you’re doing what you’re doing, how to get the most optimal results and how how to survive way past these 8 weeks​
  • The best part. Access to a WhatsApp group filled with a fabulous community with people just like you where we talk all things fat loss, the wins, the struggles & help each other out on the tough days!
  • Once you have finished the 8 weeks, you can either carry on training or go to full remote access, we can discuss your options once you have finished
