Beginner 3-Day Total Body Workout, Full Gym
A 6-week long, 3-day per week program aimed at improving general strength & muscle gain for beginner clients.
Equipment assumes anything available in a typical large gym environment.
Reps progress every 2 weeks (8 > 10 > 12). Aim to increase weights used on the second week of the same reps/sets scheme.
For Core exercises at end that are performed in a circuit fashion, add 5-10 seconds to each core exercise every week.
